Included: BATCH is equal to 1000g, bucket 1= automatic calculation, bucket 2=40%

Barrel 3=3%, barrel 4=2%. Then the actual demand of four barrels is: barrel 1(raw material)=1000g×(99.999%-40%) is equal to 600g

Bucket 2(recycled material)=1000g×40%=400g

Barrel 3(masterbatch)=600g×3%=18g

Bucket 4(additive)=600g×2%=22%

In this mode, the masterbatch or additive can automatically adjust the amount of masterbatch additive according to the availability of recycled material. In the above series, when the recycled material (barrel 2) has material, the amount of masterbatch (barrel 3) and additive (barrel 4) is 18g and 12g respectively:

When the recycled material (bucket 2) is short of material, the proportion of recycled material is replaced by the raw material (bucket 1), so the amount of color masterbatch and additive are respectively

Bucket 3=1000g x 3%=30g

Bucket 4=1000g x 2%=20g

In this mode, the color difference compensation value of the recovered material is set to 0%, and the value of the color masterbatch or additive is proportional to the amount of the main material. When the recovered material color difference compensation value is set to greater than or less than 0%, the color masterbatch or additive does not fluctuate proportionally with the amount of the main material
